Refund policy

Orders may be canceled at any time before the bikes and parts ship. However, a 5% processing fee will apply to any cancellations before shipment. Please note, once the bike or parts have shipped, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or cancellations. 

We encourage you to carefully review your order details before completing your purchase. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for ensuring all information is accurate at the time of order.
